Frequently Asked Questions:

4. Why would it make sense for OUR business to use Direct Marketing?

The answer depends on:
    • The level of demand for your products,
    • How well the target audience has been identified
    • How deep you understand your relationship, with your customers.
What DOES NOT make sense is risking substantial investments on UNTESTED marketing strategies.

Direct Marketing allows "split testing". Which strategy will actually increase sales?  Strategies can be tested against one another in real selling situations.  Testing happens on a smaller, lower risk, lower investment basis first.

Whichever strategy wins in preliminary testing can be step tested to further validate being the winning strategy.  "Split Testing", with either direct mail or direct response print advertising, is not new.  These testing methods were developed back in the 1920's and 30's.

If your market is well proven and already established, Direct Marketing can be helpful in developing new markets or testing new products within established customer market segments.

If your market is newly emerging, it makes a great deal of sense to consider Direct Marketing as  the most proven way to develop and grow your new business opportunities WITH MORE CERTAINTY.

You're always free to rely on the Law of Averages - also known as the "coin toss" method that leaves everything to chance - like the toss of a coin. Why leave things to chance when simple Direct Marketing testing provides RESULTS CERTAINTY?      More on split testing.
