DMRG Resources
I often hear seminar presenters and consultants say they're careful not
to reveal too much information for fear that, if they
do, attendees or clients will no longer need their assistance.
The reality is, if you know everything DMRG knows, that
won't be that helpful. It's not what you know but
what you know how to DO.
Your success lies in your ability to implement what you
know and have learned. Implementation requires knowledge,
but also requires assistance. Some businesses assume the
"do it yourself" approach offers significant
advantages. Another reality quickly becomes obvious:
you can't do it all yourself.
DMRG believes in giving freely of knowledge up to a point.
Many attendees or clients who tried going it alone
quickly wind up realizing how difficult the do-it-yourself
approach can be. Yes, you can do it yourself but be sure
to balance what you gain against what you lose. You may
save some money, but you'll likely lose a lot of valuable
time with trial and error.
DMRG's primary product is assistance with - and awareness
of - the Marketing process. We're a "resources group"
and also a "group of resources". Resources include
knowledge through training, identification of vendor resources
and resources in the form of implementation assistance.
If we give away - or significantly discount - all our
"product", we'll go out of business. That helps
no one. But there's still plenty of information we can
give away without the risk of that happening.
