Dear Mr. Sample:
Maybe you can help us. Maybe your feedback matches
feedback we get from our customers and other website
users. Recently, we've been interviewing our customers
and other internet website users.
Since we're "in the business" of providing
a range of website design and hosting services, we
need to understand what website owners want and expect.
So far, interview feedback indicates key preferences
we suspect other website owners share:
-
They
prefer to update and revise their websites as
quickly and as frequently as they want to.
-
They
prefer their website be effective in attracting
new customers and new customer inquiries.
-
They
prefer a single source for website design, internet
access, internet training and for website technical
and customer support.
-
They
prefer having their internet web site also maintained
by their internet access provider (ISP).
-
They
want to have trouble-free access to on-line-ordering.
Most
executives we talked with say they want "good
value" for their website investment. When we
asked what "good value" means, most said
this means "productive sales results", something
beyond just "being on the net", --
more than just general awareness.
They also want competitive pricing. Again, we asked
what this means and we learned "competitive pricing"
usually means they want to see act actual sales results.
Surprisingly, most people told us - if they were to
make their original website selection decision over
again today - about who to choose for internet website
support - THEIR CHOICE WOULD BE DIFFERENT.
