Privacy policy statement for Direct Marketing Resources Group (DMRG), Raleigh, NC

In general, you can visit the DMRG web site without telling us who you are or without revealing any information about you. And during your visit, DMRG makes no attempt to identify who you are.  Your visit is private. Certain parts of the website allow you to reveal yourself and sign in or log in.

If you choose to give DMRG information via the Internet that DMRG may need to correspond with you, process a purchase order or provide you with training registration -- it is DMRG's intent to let you know how DMRG will use such information. DMRG provides no collected information to any business partners or affiliates of any kind.  If you're contacted by DMRG, it will be direct contact by DMRG only, unless otherwise required by law.

If you tell DMRG you don't want this information used to contact with you further, DMRG will FIRMLY respect your wishes. DMRG suppresses every email address OR fax number which people request we not communicate with. We do not remove your information.  It remains on file with a NO CONTACT flag.

When, and if, you do provide information, DMRG does not distribute or sell this individual information to any third party for any reason. We would never ask for your consent because DMRG has no such intent. DMRG maintains the confidentiality of your information and it will be used only to support your relationship with DMRG and DMRG products and services.

DMRG's intention in sending periodic e-mail is to reach DMRG clients, businesses, organizations or individuals DMRG has a prior relationship with. . Examples could include past purchasers of - or inquirers about - DMRG services or individuals (and their respective organizations) who have met DMRG staff and have expressed an interest in DMRG services.

Anyone has the right to request to be removed from receiving DMRG communications via email, phone or fax. DMRG's email, fax and telephone contact information is provided in the Contact page visible in at the bottom of most pages of the DMRG web site. Simply use the Contact page, send an email note or leave a voice mail message requesting no further contact. In the email subject line, enter "Privacy request".

On rare occasions, if we miss your flagged removal request, nothing's 100 percent perfect. Please accept our apologies "in advance" should this occur and understand it is not our intention to disregard your request..
